We are able to evaluate tree safety, identify diseases and disorders and make recommendations for tree and woodland management. Martin is an examiner on tree pathology for the Royal Forestry Society/ABC Professional Diploma in Arboriculture. 

Expert Witness

Martin Dobson has acted for both defendants and claimants in a considerable number of litigation claims and is highly experienced in providing expert reports and being cross-examined in Court. His particular expertise is in relation to tree-related building subsidence and personal injury/property damage claims arising from tree failures.

Planning

Assistance is available with respect to applications to prune or fell protected (TPO) trees or trees in Conservaton Areas. Advice and assistance on the appeals process can be given.

We provide tree survey reports and arboricultural method statements for architects and developers to support planning applications. We also provide expert evidence for planning appeals.
